dermalogica gentle cream exfoliant

Today i am going to write about the skin care product that i have never stopped using since the first time. This product successfully have saved its place in my luxury skin care routine. Yes, its a bit pricey but if you wanna look good only using expensive cosmetics won't help you achieve that, you got to have skin which is perfectly maintained and taken care of.
So, ladies do not ever hesitate to splurge into luxury skin care products, coz if you look good you know you can rock the world.

Note : my skin is mostly natural, sometimes it tends to be on the drier and sometimes oily

Now to the product, dermalogica gentle cream exfoliant is a masque which helps getting smooth and vibrant skin, it says the same on the back of the tube and it really does what it says.
This contains Lactic acid & Salicylic acid which helps remove your dead cells and regenerate new cells and your skin glows and looks fresh even without make up.

We all know that exfoliation of our skin is necessary to keep it healthy & glowing, and most of us look for new scrubbing lotions or techniques. I used to do the same but i have learned that the way the exfoliating or scrubbing lotions, which has small particles, work on your skin is hideous. You can't see with your naked eyes but it literally strips down the skin and rip it up, the delicate veins on your facial skin ruptures and that is when you break out.
Don't go by my words but you can even research on google and may be ask your dermatologists.

Anyway, so i switched to this product to exfoliate my face at least once a month because lactic acid gently suck out the dead skin particles and dirts from the pore of the skin without harshly effecting the veins. And if you use this product you will thank me as you will feel the difference from the first day of your use.

How to use :

• apply a thin layer evenly, on your neck too
• let it sit for about 15 mints ( not more than that, i did and suffered)
• use a muslin cloth & warm water
• keep the wet cloth on your face the masque soften a bit 
• gently remove

P.S. after applying the masque you might feel a mild sting but it will go off, don panic its just the acids activating.

The Body Shop Colour Crush No14

All the Pink lipstick lovers, this is hereby THE shade you should have in your make up bag..

I am not usually a fan of The Body Shop make up collection & it's not because they are not good but i have an obsession with another brand, but last week i was in the shop to get some bathing stuff and i came across this range that they have recently introduced.

 

As the rule suggests i started swatching few colours and this is the first colour which i picked and after swatching few more i fixed the shade no 14.

The swatch is here under natural light :

As you can see 3 swatches :

  - the colour on top is what you get if u swatch it only once, leaves a smooth streak of natural healthy pink glow on your lips.

  - the second coat, appeared a bit more vibrant and almost like a neon-ish hue on your lips.

  - the last one is 3 layers and its a Statement pink but not very overpowering or girly, the perfect balance.

Overall, the lipstick is very moisturising & it still doesn't bleed out from the corners, and the texture is sheer yet gives the perfect shade of colour with every swipe & last but not least "i totally love this lippie."
